About the role
- Two-year rotational Leadership Program developing high-potential early-career talent
- Rotate to a different functional area every six months to build business acumen and skills
- Work within Data: data movement, cleansing, transformations, analytics, usage, metrics development
- Work on Applications focused on business and product requirements
- Work in DevOps: platform, cloud, and infrastructure
- Work in Database Engineering
- Work in Product Management
- Participate in specialized onboarding, one-on-one mentorship, social/networking events, and leadership report-outs
- Collaborate with peers and leaders across the business and participate in performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills (required)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required)
- Availability to travel based on business needs (up to 20%) (required)
- Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes (highly preferred)
- Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative (highly preferred)
- Less than two years of related work experience (highly preferred)
