About the role
- Ensure the quality and reliability of software and systems through rigorous testing, automation, and process improvement.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and automated tests.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Support release management and post-deployment validation.
- Collaborate across a highly matrixed team of developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards relevant to Irish and EU markets.
- Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in test automation tools and programming/scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the Irish and EU markets.
- Ability to design, develop, and execute test cases and automation.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Preferred: experience using Co-Pilot or other AI applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
