About the role
- Shape Acuity’s global professional services strategy.
- Lead sourcing and supplier management across consulting, staff augmentation, temporary labor, and recruitment agencies.
- Drive supplier renewals and lead strategic sourcing initiatives for new needs.
- Develop and execute category strategies in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure value and performance.
- Collaborate with business segments and functions to align sourcing with organizational needs.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
Requirements
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.
- Program Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required; Power BI and Power Apps preferred).
- Language Experience: English (required).
- Preferred Skills and Experience: CPSM Certification (a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of the strategic sourcing process, with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong track record of negotiating contracts in consulting, staff augmentation, temporary labor, and recruitment services.
- Experience with Fieldglass (a plus).
- Advanced data analysis capabilities with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a creative, collaborative growth mindset.
- Availability to travel up to ~10% based on business needs.
