Partner with Sales Operations to track and interpret sales pipeline dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities that tie directly to financial goals.
Drive the annual budgeting process and create trackable frameworks to measure performance throughout the year.
Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and provide clear, actionable commentary for leadership.
Maintain and update our operating model, connecting sales pipeline activity and operational metrics to financial outcomes.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders that shape sales strategy, operating decisions, and investment priorities.
Provide ad hoc analysis that answers urgent business questions and informs strategic moves.
Take on broader responsibilities as our division continues to grow, with increasing ownership and cross-functional visibility.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence/data analytics.
Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, charts, variance analysis) and experience with Power BI.
Excellent communication skills—the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data for senior audiences.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of taking ownership and driving growth.
Bonus points if you have experience with budgeting/forecasting software, sales pipeline forecasting in B2B/SaaS or insurance/benefits, or advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA).
