Partner closely with Global TA team and various HR partners to facilitate a smooth interview and onboarding experience
Support scheduling of candidate interviews for open requisitions
Coordinate and administer onboarding for selected candidates including drafting offer letters and employment contracts
Collect necessary administrative documents for contract generation (bank account details, government-issued ID, proof of social security affiliation, proof of address)
Initiate and manage progress of pre-employment screening and coordinate work permits
Help implement process improvements and standardization of operational processes, tools/systems, policies, compliance standards, engagement surveys under direction of the Talent Acquisition Program Manager
Administer TA related ticketing system, pre-employment adjudication, new hire kits, referral bonus, audits
Provide support to TA related projects as needed
Maintain publications of policies, procedures, knowledge base articles, processes, tools that support Global TA Operations
Maintain positive relationships with key vendors and suppliers ensuring delivery of SLAs and KPIs and follow up on escalations
Work with Procurement to ensure standardized and competitive contractual agreements for vendor services
Report to the Talent Acquisition Program Manager
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, legal, organizational psychology, business administration or equivalent work experience
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Experience supporting large corporate or global TA teams
Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred
Detail-oriented and enjoys digging into data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Tech-savvy and continuously looking for ways to improve systems and workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can handle confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism
Understanding of project lifecycles, tools, and frameworks
Experience with an RPO model is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Bilingual - English and French (preferred)
