About the role
- Partner closely with Global TA team and HR partners to facilitate smooth interview and onboarding experiences
- Schedule candidate interviews for open requisitions
- Coordinate and administer onboarding, including drafting offer letters and employment contracts
- Collect required administrative documents for contract generation (bank account details, government-issued ID, social security affiliation, proof of address, etc.)
- Initiate and manage pre-employment screening and coordinate work permits
- Implement process improvements and standardization for TA processes, tools, policies, and compliance
- Administer TA ticketing system, pre-employment adjudication, new hire kits, referral bonus programs, and audits
- Provide support to TA-related projects and maintain publications of policies, procedures, knowledge base articles, and tools
- Maintain vendor and supplier relationships, ensure SLAs and KPIs, follow up on escalations, and work with Procurement on vendor contracts
- Report to the Talent Acquisition Program Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, legal, organizational psychology, business administration or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting large corporate or global TA teams
- Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with data and documentation
- Tech-savvy with continuous improvement mindset for systems and workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Understanding of project lifecycles, tools, and frameworks
- Experience with an RPO model is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Bilingual - English and French preferred
- Agency, corporate recruiting, or human resources experience required
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally (0% - 25%)
