About the role
- Responsible for operational performance and execution across multiple manufacturing sites
- Ensure manufacturing processes are stable, robust and reproducible
- Lead multi-site operational reviews and performance governance
- Drive execution and discipline, and track action plans
- Deploy standardized operating models, KPIs and routines across multiple sites
- Ensure process robustness through structured problem solving and risk management
- Embed continuous improvement into operations
- Build a strong, aligned operational leadership team across sites
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Operations
- 15+ years of leadership experience in high-volume production (>1 million units/year)
- Strong experience in process robustness, industrialization and operational performance management
- Expertise in practical, applied continuous improvement within operations
- Effective leader in international, matrixed, cross-functional and multicultural organizations
- Strong hands-on expertise in shop-floor execution and industrial performance
- Experience deploying standardized processes and governance models across multiple sites
- Practical experience in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent)
