About the role
- Define project structure and objectives in coordination with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage schedules, track milestones, and maintain strict cost control.
- Monitor task execution with operational teams: R&D, Quality, Production, etc.
- Organize and facilitate governance forums: project reviews, status meetings, and coordination meetings.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and foster a positive, results-oriented working dynamic.
- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for each project.
- Manage scope changes, prioritize trade-offs, and resolve project obstacles.
- Produce regular reporting for the portfolio manager (progress, deviations, risks, action plans).
- Document lessons learned at project closure for knowledge capitalization.
- Ensure cross-functionality between R&D, Production, Quality and Procurement teams.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure validation of industrial equipment and manufacturing methods.
- Lead the completion of failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA) for manufacturing equipment and processes related to production technology.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
- 5–7 years of project management experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in a multi-project context and working with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong skills in planning, coordination, deliverable tracking, and project team facilitation
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders around a common objective
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Strong results- and quality-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver quickly and efficiently
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
