About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards.
  • Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization optimization in Power BI.
  • Ensure reports meet accuracy, performance, security, and usability standards.
  • Support ETL processes, including requirements gathering, data mapping, and validation.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams and validate data integrity across source systems.
  • Collect and document detailed reporting requirements from business units.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the offshore development group.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of reports, dashboards, and ETL outputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in reporting and analytics roles.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
  • Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report development)
  • SQL scripting and database querying
  • ETL processes (SSIS or equivalent tools)
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
