- As a Business Analyst on this team, you’ll operate like an internal consultant, embedding yourself in business functions to identify and define the highest-value AI use cases.
- Your north star will be business impact.
- You’ll use structured interviews, deep process analysis, and sharp business acumen to identify where AI can solve real problems or create measurable efficiencies.
- Then, you'll partner with stakeholders and technical teams to build business cases, prioritize initiatives, and measure outcomes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, internal consulting, or transformation roles—preferably in SaaS, tech, or data-driven organizations.
- Proven experience driving strategic or technical initiatives across multiple business units.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to break down complex systems and find leverage points.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially their application in real-world business processes.
- Experience building business cases, performing cost-benefit analyses, and modeling ROI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you can translate between technical teams and business stakeholders with ease.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity through structure and insight.
