About the role
- Co-lead the Design team on projects including all UI/UX components and pre-sales activities
- Manage and handle design proposals and effort estimation in pre-sales activities
- Manage external design partners/freelancers working on projects
- Advocate and evangelize UX within the organization and to clients and stakeholders
- Educate and influence clients, managers, and stakeholders on UX benefits and best practices
- Define and implement UI/UX design standards, processes, and best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, strategies, and design solutions
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines and project milestones
- Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and ensure design quality and consistency
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and innovations and incorporate them
- Utilize presentation skills to communicate design concepts and sell designs by highlighting impact and alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- Expertise in information architecture, user testing, and creating highly detailed design specifications
- Expert at Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and/or other design applications
- Good leadership quality
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Degree in design-related field or equivalent experience
- At least 6 years’ experience in UI/UX design
