About the role
- Play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and improving products ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal
- Lead the product development lifecycle from initial concept through to launch
- Responsible for timely delivery of features and functionalities that enhance user experiences across large cross-functional areas
- Work closely with UX/UI, marketing, data analytics, and development teams to define and prioritize product features
- Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating market trends and consumer needs
- Liaise with and support Product R&D and collaborative team resources to ensure smooth implementation of product solutions
- Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders regularly
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure success and deliver regular reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of product management principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
