About the role
- Manage and oversee contracts and procurement activities related to ICT and services.
- Apply Instruction Manuals on Procurement and ICT/SS Management to ensure compliance.
- Handle government procurement processes and GeBIZ-related tasks.
- Negotiate with vendors and engage stakeholders across levels of management.
- Work autonomously and as part of the Co-Development Business Unit team, taking ownership of deliverables.
- Support effective communication and collaboration across internal teams and management.
Requirements
- Basic degree in Infocomm, Business or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in both procurement and ICT Management.
- More than 5 years hands-on experience as a Contracts or Procurement Manager.
- Knowledge in Instruction Manuals on Procurement and ICT/SS Management.
- Good knowledge of government Infocomm environment, procurement, and contract management practices, preferably with hands-on knowledge of GeBIZ.
- Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Meticulous and independent; excellent communication (both written & verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with all levels of management.
- Possess great attitude, be a team player, autonomous and self-driven, take ownership.
