💰 £40,000 - £42,000 per year
About the role
- Ensure schemes are implemented, operated and reviewed efficiently and in compliance with client policies and CBS commitments.
- Deliver outstanding customer journeys and manage operational customer relationships across CBS schemes.
- Account manage a defined region (preferred Midlands), travel to customer appointments and occasional travel to Head Office in Bury.
- Use data insights to inform customer engagement strategies and identify operational gaps.
- Lead change initiatives, contribute to project work with UX/UI and development teams, and maintain scheme documentation.
- Lead on data analysis and reporting, produce management information, and use advanced Excel and CRM (Dynamics).
Requirements
- Previous experience in an account management or similar role.
- Strong and effective analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good IT and organisational skills.
- Commercial and financial understanding.
- Ability to work in line with CBS Core Values of pride, integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and enjoyment.
- Experience in Microsoft Power BI (desirable).
- Previous experience dealing with compliance (e.g. FCA, GDPR) (desirable).
- Customer service experience in a professional, automotive or financial services environment (desirable).
- Experience in process mapping, auditing and report writing (desirable).
