Operations

• Ensure schemes are implemented, operated and reviewed efficiently and in compliance with client policies and CBS commitments.
• Deliver outstanding customer journeys and manage operational customer relationships across CBS schemes.
• Account manage a defined region (preferred Midlands), travel to customer appointments and occasional travel to Head Office in Bury.
• Use data insights to inform customer engagement strategies and identify operational gaps.
• Lead change initiatives, contribute to project work with UX/UI and development teams, and maintain scheme documentation.
• Lead on data analysis and reporting, produce management information, and use advanced Excel and CRM (Dynamics).
