Business Analyst

• Investigate root causes of problems, identify where a business need exists, and shape the project to address this need.
• Evaluate the options to meet the business needs and support the development of the changes.
• Research, analyse, and define current and proposed business processes; apply gap analysis to identify actions required to implement the revised processes.
• Communicate with allocated specialist department(s) to understand and document their current system/processes, and their future requirements and priorities.

• Provide regular updates to Lead Business Analyst on the progress of active projects/change requests.
• Applying the principles of LEAN to recommend and deliver business improvements (not limited to IT systems) to enhance efficiencies and create value.

• Provide a comprehensive HR administrative support function to the team and the business, in line with company and legal processes.
• Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process including creating adverts, arranging and conducting interviews, liaising with agency partners, benchmarking and all onboarding administration.
• Process all onboarding administration to ensure a smooth experience for new starters.
• Manage the HR Inbox, responding to queries promptly, professionally and accurately.
• Draft and issue HR-related letters (e.g. contract changes, probation outcomes)
• Process all offboarding administration including resignation letters, exit interviews and system updates.
• Update and maintain employee records using the company HR software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (e.g.sickness absence)
• Update and enhance the CBS Connect Intranet with all people related activities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and staff entertainment.
• Provide basic advice to managers when needed on issues including conduct, absence, performance and recruitment, escalating where appropriate.
• Support with formal and informal ER processes (e.g. probation, return-to-work interviews, note taking in hearings)

• We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to deliver an outstanding end to end customer experience and transactional process from a single point of reference in the Customer Experience Team; bridging all scheme solutions and every aspect of the customer needs.
• The Customer Experience Team (CET) is responsible for delivering excellence and expertise at every stage of interaction with the client. The CET department will work with the wider CBS business to continuously improve the products, services and systems to meet and exceed the customer needs and lead expectations to maximise CBS business growth and retention.

• Ensure schemes are implemented, operated and reviewed efficiently and in compliance with client policies and CBS commitments.
• Deliver outstanding customer journeys and manage operational customer relationships across CBS schemes.
• Account manage a defined region (preferred Midlands), travel to customer appointments and occasional travel to Head Office in Bury.
• Use data insights to inform customer engagement strategies and identify operational gaps.
