About the role
- Community Managers generally manage 4 to 7 communities.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
- CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within your first 6 months of employment.
- Evening availability for Board meetings.
- Ability to travel to and from properties for in-person meetings when needed.
- Keen knowledge of budgets and budgeting process.
- Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
