About the role
- Lead and develop a team of General Managers
- Drive changes to unlock scale and efficiency
- Ensure flawless execution of operations by visiting locations
- Coach leadership teams using performance data
- Drive operational improvements and identify challenges
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of leadership talent
- Conduct performance reviews and competency discussions
- Manage at least ten General Managers
- Develop relationships with client board members
- Act as intermediary for complaints from owners/residents
- Manage accounts until sufficient business volume is reached
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience. HOA high rise experience is preferred.
- CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within first 6 months.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client and resident relationships.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
- Skilled at developing and executing plans to achieve community objectives.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, audits, reserve studies, and financial reporting.
