About the role
- Provide leadership and oversight for all operations within the assigned region, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Action standards.
- Drive operational excellence across the region by analyzing KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing corrective strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, SOPs, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex operational, client, or personnel matters.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversee performance management, coaching, succession planning, and corrective action processes for regional leadership.
- Partner with HR and senior leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Maintain senior-level relationships with board members, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Attend board meetings and major client engagements as needed to demonstrate upper-level leadership presence and support client retention.
- Assist in identifying and prioritizing target markets, communities, and growth opportunities within the region.
- Partner with senior leadership to support proposal pricing and staffing models, helping ensure margins remain aligned with company targets while supporting continued revenue growth.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in HOA, high-rise, hospitality, or multi-site operations management.
- Proven experience leading leaders (Regional Managers or equivalent).
- Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing regional budgets and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence boards, executives, and teams.
- Highly organized, decisive, and able to manage complex, multi-layered operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SmartSheets) and SNAP HOA software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
