- Drive new business for Action Property Management
- Lead generation, proposal and contract negotiations

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 3+ years of experience in sales
- Experience in HOA management/real estate preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel to client meetings and industry events
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
