About the role
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and remediate technical incidents for corporate customers
- Perform initial triage and validation of incidents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with various internal teams
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Participate in developing documentation and knowledge base
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role
- Fluent English (both written and verbal)
- Security – analyzing and mitigating various security threats
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CySA+)
- Windows Server - application level troubleshooting
- Linux/UNIX - application and configuration management
- Networking - analyzing traffic with Wireshark, tcpdump
- Virtualization expertise - managing enterprise-grade hypervisors
- Good communication skills and customer service focus
- Ability to prioritize and switch between a variety of time-sensitive issues.
