About the role

  • Define and execute global IT and business systems strategy aligned with company priorities.
  • Lead enterprise architecture across infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, and core business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance).
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services worldwide.
  • Drive modernization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Own IT financial management, vendor strategy, and cost optimization.
  • Partner closely with the CISO to align IT operations with security and compliance requirements.
  • Build and lead high-performing global IT and systems teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles in global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, globally distributed IT operations, architecture, and business systems.
  • Broad technical expertise across networking, datacenter technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microsoft ecosystem, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience leading enterprise data and business process design across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
  • Exceptional vendor management, negotiation, and contract oversight skills.
  • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities across all levels of the organization.
