About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of corporate marketing and creative roles
- Partner closely with Marketing leaders to understand talent needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for specialized creative talent
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide recruitment insights, market feedback, and status updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Corporate Recruiter
- Prior experience recruiting creative, marketing, or communications roles preferred
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate or agency environment
