About the role
- Serve as the senior analytics leader in Brand Advocacy Solutions.
- Ensure that our clients are receiving best-in-class analytics, measurement, and reporting.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives that influence clients’ decision‑making.
- Participate in new business development, pitches, and client growth opportunities as the analytics subject‑matter expert.
- Provide analytics leadership and governance across four marketing agencies, ensuring consistency in measurement philosophy, quality, and outcomes.
- Partner closely with agency presidents, client leaders, and strategy teams to align analytics with client goals and agency business objectives.
- Establish common standards, best practices, and operating models while allowing for agency‑specific needs.
- Define and evolve analytics and measurement frameworks aligned to client business outcomes (e.g., growth, profitability, ROI).
- Oversee advanced measurement methodologies including attribution, ROI, forecasting, and optimization.
- Champion the use of advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML to unlock deeper client insights and competitive advantage.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a client‑facing analytics organization spanning reporting, insights, measurement, and data science.
- Build strong analytics leadership layers capable of supporting multiple agencies and complex client portfolios.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and consultative client service excellence.
- Partner with technology, media, and data teams to ensure scalable analytics infrastructure and reliable data pipelines.
- Evaluate and manage analytics platforms, data providers, and external measurement partners.
- Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance standards are upheld across all agencies and clients.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, or insights, with significant leadership experience in a marketing agency or consulting environment.
- Proven history in client‑facing analytics leadership, including executive‑level client engagement.
- Deep expertise in marketing measurement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior client stakeholders and drive action through analytics.
- Experience leading and scaling analytics teams across multiple accounts or business units.
- Strong business acumen with a clear ability to connect analytics to marketing effectiveness and client ROI.
- Experience overseeing analytics across multiple agencies or lines of business.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, data science, or AI‑driven insights.
