About the role
- Provide effective leadership and management to Retail Service Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business model and project work processes
- Manage assigned project work to completion, on time, and with high quality results
- Partner with store personnel and the team to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, decision making and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to lift 60 lbs and travel as needed.
