Support the operations and processes for the Value Indirect operations organization.
Collaborate closely with the Value Indirect Field Sales organization from Retail Performance Managers through leadership, developing & executing on a sales strategy that aligns to the broader Value Indirect Channel strategy.
Be responsible for decision making in support of the field sales organization, using functional subject matter expertise and conceptual thinking skills
Oversee and coordinate end-to-end ownership of complex organization-level initiatives with the focus of driving core KPIs and growth of Value Indirect stores with limited oversight and direction
Accountable to scope, define, and introduce field support strategies, processes, best practices, and procedures while identifying potential risks & providing transformational opportunities
Manage daily, weekly, monthly ad-hoc reporting requests and presentation materials in support of opportunity doors, dealer, and/or field support for supported organization.
Lead cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with channel priorities & long term goals. This includes, but is not limited to, Channel Management, Systems, Merchandising, Go to Channel, Training, Distribution Execution, etc.
Consistently deliver high quality work that fully addresses the intended criteria, goals, and objectives
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders, team members, and leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Experience with program and/or project management
Willingness to travel up to approximately up to 50%
Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, possess obsessive attention to detail and demonstrate a sense of urgency
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver results despite challenges
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in wireless industry
