• Creates and launches surveys to gather information following clinical initiatives and utilizes survey results to aggregate learnings and inform programmatic improvements.
• Facilitates and coordinates the Clinical Readiness Program (CRP), including:
• Coordinating with Clinical Directors in corresponding BUs to ensure CRP calendars are completed and communicated to the appropriate parties.
• Monitoring workshop attendance and communicating absences when appropriate.
• Providing feedback on enhancements to clinical content.
• Monitors and maintains all T&D Smartsheet workspaces, including:
• Aggregating and analyzing data stored in Smartsheet workspaces for relevant stakeholders.
• Disseminating findings to appropriate parties.
• Facilitates and coordinates BCBA onboarding, including:
• Communicating training plans to appropriate parties.
• Facilitating accountability with Clinical Directors to ensure complete participation.
• Monitoring workshop attendance as needed.
• Providing feedback on enhancements to clinical content.
• Maintains, troubleshoots, and supports the Central Reach Institute.
• Creates and delivers clinical content, as needed, for Acorn Health clinicians.

• Datacloud support.
• Clinical dashboard analysis and reporting.
• T-Rec (prescription tool) support (to be determined).
• Developing and delivering training on clinical quality activities, processes, and data.
• Accreditation support (i.e., ACQ).
• Universal Protocol auditing, analysis, and reporting.

Analyst

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments
• Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans
• Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians
• Monitor and review client programs to analyze data, measure progress and make necessary changes to the treatment plan
• Observe program implementation, and provide training on interventions as needed
• Work closely with clients and their families providing family training and support
• Meet with primary caregivers to discuss observations and concerns
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings
