About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintains a .5 caseload (supervisory and pod hours) through telehealth service delivery.
- Aids the National Directors in the Clinical Pillar by supporting initiatives and ensuring regional adherence to established clinical programs.
- Authors and disseminates communications related to upcoming trainings, initiatives, deadlines, and certification maintenance.
- Creates and launches surveys to gather information following clinical initiatives and utilizes survey results to aggregate learnings and inform programmatic improvements.
- Facilitates and coordinates the Clinical Readiness Program (CRP), including:
- Coordinating with Clinical Directors in corresponding BUs to ensure CRP calendars are completed and communicated to the appropriate parties.
- Monitoring workshop attendance and communicating absences when appropriate.
- Providing feedback on enhancements to clinical content.
- Monitors and maintains all T&D Smartsheet workspaces, including:
- Aggregating and analyzing data stored in Smartsheet workspaces for relevant stakeholders.
- Disseminating findings to appropriate parties.
- Facilitates and coordinates BCBA onboarding, including:
- Communicating training plans to appropriate parties.
- Facilitating accountability with Clinical Directors to ensure complete participation.
- Monitoring workshop attendance as needed.
- Providing feedback on enhancements to clinical content.
- Maintains, troubleshoots, and supports the Central Reach Institute.
- Creates and delivers clinical content, as needed, for Acorn Health clinicians.
- Monitors shared email accounts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have an active BCBA certification (certified for a minimum of three years) and be in good standing with all relevant regulatory bodies.
- Must have experience providing Fieldwork Supervision as a BCBA.
- Some telehealth experience preferred.
