• Holistic support and further development of HR-related matters across the entire employee lifecycle
• Trusted sparring partner for managers and employees on all People & Culture matters
• Responsibility for payroll-related topics and support to ensure smooth payroll processing and time tracking
• Design and optimization of People & Culture (HR) and payroll processes as well as internal interfaces
• Ensuring compliance with labor law, data protection regulations and internal policies
• Participation in projects, analyses and strategic People & Culture topics
• Support for location-based services and administrative processes
• Active contribution to a positive, respectful corporate culture

Business Partner – People & Culture

• You ensure the precise recording and posting of incoming invoices and are responsible for the comprehensive processing of accounts payable.
• You regularly perform cashbook entries and payment runs and independently prepare statistical reports.
• As the interface to Controlling, you support cost and performance accounting and prepare calculations.
• You contribute your professional expertise and actively bring new ideas to optimize processes.
