About the role

  • Organizes and coordinates customer-facing or internal programs in alignment with ACI’s project management methodology
  • Supports the successful delivery of programs related to Disaster Recovery, Compliance, Risk, or Governance
  • Assists in managing program scope to ensure deliverables align with approved charters and stakeholder expectations
  • Participates in program execution while monitoring progress, milestones, and dependencies
  • Coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Supports planning and direction of schedules, resources, and budgets/spend
  • Identifies, tracks, and supports resolution of program-level risks and issues (technical and non-technical)
  • Escalates risks and issues appropriately and supports mitigation planning
  • Partners with internal teams and customers to build strong, collaborative program teams
  • Prepares and maintains program-level dashboards, including status reports, risk dashboards, and Gantt charts
  • Ensures stakeholders and management are informed of program progress, risks, and key decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 4–6 years of project management experience, with some exposure to managing or supporting programs
  • Understanding of project and program management methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with teams across multiple disciplines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Project and program reporting tools
  • PMI certification (or actively working toward certification) or approved equivalent
  • Experience supporting governance, compliance, risk, or disaster recovery initiatives
