Customer Success Manager

• You'll act as the trusted advisor for your assigned accounts, building real relationships with the people who make decisions and the people who use the product day to day.
• Drive adoption, usage expansion, and retention across your assigned accounts
• Run a structured outreach plan and keep it consistent month over month
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and serve as their go-to advisor
• Own onboarding for your accounts and get fully proficient in our CRM and engagement tools quickly
• Log engagement activity in our systems of record and keep a current weekly forecast in Salesforce
• Spot and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities on your own
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to resolve issues and land outcomes
• Bring the customer's voice back inside the company and push for improvements based on what you hear
• Use account data to prioritize, plan, and make decisions

General

• Own a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads sourced from our campus and university partnerships, from initial inquiry through enrollment
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, providing clear, honest guidance on programs, tuition, funding options, and admissions requirements
• Conduct individual admissions consultations to assess each student's goals, readiness, and fit for ACI Tech Academy's programs
• Set accurate expectations about what it takes to succeed in our fast-paced, certification-focused programs, with a direct impact on on-time graduation outcomes
• Maintain thorough, accurate records of all student interactions and enrollment activity in our CRM, with consistent outreach cadence and follow-up discipline
• Represent ACI Tech Academy with integrity in all student and partner-facing interactions, in full alignment with ACI's core values
• Participate in occasional evening or weekend events in support of prospective student engagement through campus and university partners.

Admissions Advisor – National

Account Executive

• You'll carry a full quota across both new and expansion channel revenue.
• Forecasting and pipeline management happen in Salesforce, and you'll work closely with direct sales and customer success so channel isn't operating in isolation.
• Part of your mandate is figuring out where the leverage is. Which partners are worth doubling down on?
• You'll be recruiting and enabling net-new partners: VARs, MSPs, and education-focused distributors who can extend ACI Learning's reach into segments we're not fully covering today.
• That means onboarding, enablement, and staying close through the first several deals until a repeatable motion is in place.
