Performance Marketing

• Act as a trusted advisor to Managed Services customers, providing campaign strategy, content, and execution support.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and align campaigns with organizational objectives.
• Offer guidance on leveraging the Achievers platform for recognition, rewards and feedback campaigns to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
• Manage multiple customer campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and expectations.
• Create tailored communication plans and partner with designers and writers to produce campaign assets (emails, infographics, video).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize future efforts based on results.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the customer knowledge portal, updating resources, articles, and best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate engaging, high-quality portal content.
• Analyze portal engagement metrics and implement strategies to improve user experience and resource utilization.
• Assist team lead in planning and executing larger communications projects (process improvements, product/feature releases, strategic announcements).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels.
• Provide research, content development, logistical support, and contribute to post-initiative reviews by collecting feedback and data.

• Prospecting and lead generation via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound leads
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the SaaS solution
• Engage in consultative selling to understand client challenges and align Achievers’ platform to needs
• Manage sales pipeline and track interactions using CRM tools
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, working with decision-makers and procurement teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
• Gather market and product feedback for product development teams
• Regular sales reporting and forecasting to sales leadership

• The opportunity: Legal Counsel at Achievers provides general legal support across the business on a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on commercial legal matters in support of the Revenue team, and assists in the execution of legal strategies as directed. Legal Counsel engages in a variety of commercial transactional matters in support of Achievers’ core business that provides a cloud-based employee recognition and rewards solution to accelerate employee engagement for our customers. This role demands a strong background in commercial and contract law, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills, and business acumen, to ensure the company navigates complex legal landscapes effectively.
