About the role
- Responsible for technical consulting and configuration of the Achievers software with Mid-Market and Professional clients
- Lead on all technical implementation components of program implementations and migrations
- Engage in client meetings, solutions documentation, and platform configuration
Requirements
- 2-4 years of related experience in a software company
- Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short term projects (1-3 month cycles)
- Experience with configuring and implementing software applications
- Evidence identifying risks and issues
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project delivery
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Evidence of effective multi-tasking and tight project schedules
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with HTML, CSS and APIs, and experience working with SaaS platforms
