Operations

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively support Operations and Customer Support teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely issue resolution.
• Liaise with the Fraud Department to report and follow up on potentially fraudulent activities.
• Keep the supervisor informed of operational issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support interdepartmental coordination to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Respond to customer and internal complaint-related emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide operational backup support to team members when required.
• Assist in conducting quality assurance surveys and updating reports accordingly.
• Coordinate with Operations Team Leads to help identify and resolve operational gaps and improve efficiencies.
• Escalate operational and customer-related issues appropriately and ensure proper follow-up for resolution.
