Business Development Rep

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve targeted transaction goals within the contract period.
• Collaborate with pay-out partners to improve service delivery and ensure pricing competitiveness.
• Lead negotiations with payout partners to secure competitive pricing and favourable contract terms.
• Analyse pricing structures and propose rate adjustments to ensure the business remains competitive in the market.
• Finalize pricing agreements with partners and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team on daily rates and fee analysis to optimize pricing strategies.
• Work with the marketing team to design and execute two region-specific campaigns to increase customer engagement.
• Evaluate the performance of campaigns and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Negotiate favourable terms to expand pay-out networks and enhance market penetration.
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities to enhance partnerships.
• Provide regular updates on campaign performance, transaction volumes, price negotiations, and licensing progress.
• Develop comprehensive performance reports at the end of each month, focusing on key metrics such as pricing competitiveness, transaction volumes, and partner engagement.

Business Development Manager

• Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Onboard and integrate new payout partners to strengthen ACE’s product offering.
• Drive new remittance model initiatives tailored to local customer needs.
• Ensure all contractual, KYB, compliance, and API integrations are completed within agreed timelines.
• Monitor daily exchange rates and ensure ACE consistently maintains a leading position in the market.
• Plan and execute diaspora-focused marketing campaigns in sending jurisdictions.
• Partner with at least one diaspora association/event per quarter to increase visibility and customer engagement.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Central Banks and regulatory bodies in Southern Africa and Eastern Africa.
• Negotiate commercial terms with payout partners, ensuring cost optimization and maximum value creation.
• Manage both new and existing partner relationships, with a minimum of two deals per quarter.
• Ensure weekly coordination with Customer Experience, Compliance, and Rates teams to proactively resolve payout issues.
• Maintain resolution logs and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Business Development Manager – South Eastern, Francophone Africa

• Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Onboard and integrate new payout partners to strengthen ACE’s product offering.
• Drive new remittance model initiatives tailored to local customer needs.
• Ensure all contractual, KYB, compliance, and API integrations are completed within agreed timelines.
• Monitor daily exchange rates and ensure ACE consistently maintains a leading position in the market.
• Collaborate with the rates team for real-time updates and adjustments.
• Plan and execute diaspora-focused marketing campaigns in sending jurisdictions.
• Partner with at least one diaspora association/event per quarter to increase visibility and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal marketing for digital and offline campaigns targeting key corridors.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Central Banks and regulatory bodies in Nigeria, Ghana, and Gambia.
• Negotiate commercial terms with payout partners, ensuring cost optimization and maximum value creation.
• Manage both new and existing partner relationships, with a minimum of two deals per quarter.
• Ensure weekly coordination with Customer Experience, Compliance, and Rates teams to proactively resolve payout issues.

• Partner Onboarding & Product Innovation: 100% completion of partner/product integration targets (quarterly).
• Rate Competitiveness: Maintain a top market position daily.

• Regulatory Engagement: Minimum 1 regulator touchpoint per quarter.
• Deal Negotiation: At least 2 partner negotiations per quarter.
• Operational Health Check: Weekly reporting and issue resolution.
