About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers and Retail Sales Specialists
- Deliver annual sales and profit objectives
- Partner with Sales Directors, HR, and Training Manager for effective onboarding
- Leverage Salesforce CRM for forecasting and performance assessments
- Collaborate with internal partners to improve customer satisfaction
- Identify and address performance gaps through coaching and mentorship
- Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent
- Manage travel and operational expenses responsibly
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales management experience
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strategic thinker with actionable sales plans
- Collaborative leadership style with exceptional communication skills
- Highly organized self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Up to 50% travel, including overnights
