About the role
- Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters, appraisal letters, and employee records
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR trackers
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and exit documentation processes
- Act as the first point of coordination for internal HR-related queries
- Use Microsoft Planner to manage, track, and monitor tasks assigned to different team members
- Ensure tasks are followed up and completed within defined timelines
- Send reminders, updates, and status reports to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with team members to maintain clarity on deadlines and priorities
- Prepare basic reports using Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in HR coordination / admin support is preferred
- Willingness to learn tools like Microsoft Planner (training provided)
