About the role
- Partnership acquisition: build and manage a structured pipeline of accounting firms (inbound + outbound)
- Conduct discovery meetings and demos; handle objections; close partnership agreements
- Segment the market and target outreach to the highest-potential firm profiles
- Lead onboarding for new partners: setup, define expectations, success plan, and next steps
- Define a clear rollout plan (first client cohort, timeline, partner responsibilities)
- Handoff ongoing adoption and account farming to the Account Manager once initial milestones are achieved
- Represent Accountable in the field: events, meetups, partner visits, webinars
- Improve the sales motion: stages, scripts, cadence, and CRM hygiene
- Provide structured partner insights to Product (patterns, needs, objections)
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
- Proven B2B sales or partnerships experience (SaaS or professional services preferred)
- Comfortable owning full-cycle sales: prospecting → demo → close → onboarding
- High credibility and clear, structured communication (accountants expect clarity and precision)
- Strong follow-through: pipeline hygiene, defined next steps, and timeline control
- Willingness to be present in the field (partner visits, events)
- Knowledge of taxation or finance is a plus
