About the role

  • Partnership acquisition: build and manage a structured pipeline of accounting firms (inbound + outbound)
  • Conduct discovery meetings and demos; handle objections; close partnership agreements
  • Segment the market and target outreach to the highest-potential firm profiles
  • Lead onboarding for new partners: setup, define expectations, success plan, and next steps
  • Define a clear rollout plan (first client cohort, timeline, partner responsibilities)
  • Handoff ongoing adoption and account farming to the Account Manager once initial milestones are achieved
  • Represent Accountable in the field: events, meetups, partner visits, webinars
  • Improve the sales motion: stages, scripts, cadence, and CRM hygiene
  • Provide structured partner insights to Product (patterns, needs, objections)

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
  • Proven B2B sales or partnerships experience (SaaS or professional services preferred)
  • Comfortable owning full-cycle sales: prospecting → demo → close → onboarding
  • High credibility and clear, structured communication (accountants expect clarity and precision)
  • Strong follow-through: pipeline hygiene, defined next steps, and timeline control
  • Willingness to be present in the field (partner visits, events)
  • Knowledge of taxation or finance is a plus
