Data Scientist

• Lead the development and scaling of data-driven products that power Accompany Health’s mission.
• Partner closely with data science and machine learning team, clinical and operations teams, and the rest of the product team.
• Define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver AI/ML products that are safe, effective, and impactful.
• Establish success metrics for ML products and work with analytics and clinical leaders to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Product Manager, Data Science – Machine Learning

Actuary

• Report directly to the Chief Actuary and play a key role in shaping how Accompany Health designs, measures, and optimizes its care model.
• Partner closely with Clinical, Operations, and Finance leadership to design new programs, forecast their expected impact, and evaluate actual performance against expectations.
• Help quantify how clinical and operational decisions influence medical costs, risk adjustment revenue, and patient outcomes — providing the analytic foundation for strategic decisions across the organization.
• Help design and evaluate interventions that improve health outcomes and lower costs while building the analytic frameworks that define the next generation of accountable care.

Actuarial Manager

• Report directly to the Chief Actuary and play a critical role in building Accompany Health’s medical trend and ROI reporting function.
• Apply actuarial training and quantitative skills to evaluate healthcare cost trends and measure the impact of Accompany Health’s care model.
• Develop frameworks to assess ROI for clinical and business initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Reserving, FP&A, Data Science, Analytics, and Operations leadership.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform financial performance, program design, and payer negotiations.
• Work at the intersection of actuarial science and healthcare analytics to support financial and strategic decision-making.

Actuarial Analyst, Medical Economics

Data Engineer

• As a Data Engineer for Accompany Health, you will help shape the future of healthcare data.
• Collaborate across the organization with Product, Sales, and Clinical Operations to integrate and execute data solutions.
• Build products to integrate highly fragmented healthcare services into end-to-end experiences.
• Contribute to data platform strategy and design scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines.
• Support and develop data tools, analytics capabilities, and data governance practices.
