Providing customer service regarding collection issues
Processing customer refunds
Processing and reviewing account adjustments
Resolving client discrepancies and short payments
Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off
Customer reconciliations and processing credit memos
Building and maintaining working relationships with Customers, Dealers, and other Canon entities
Following through on all issues timely and accurately to resolution
Resolving customer delinquency to ensure resolution prior to 90 days
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
Resolving disputes such as insurance, asset usage, sales tax, equipment disputes, property tax
Updating core systems with case management
Responsible to provide professional, courteous, responsive and accurate service to our customers
Requirements
1 year of Collections/Customer Service experience
Minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office products
Requires individuals to work successfully within a team environment and inter-departmentally
Proven analytical problem solving skills and basic math skills required
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced environment
Strong ability to prioritize, with excellent time management skills
Successful utilization of systems: SalesForce, Unified Desktop, Leasewave
