Provide professional, courteous, responsive and accurate service to customers in alignment with Canon Brand image
Answer incoming phone calls, emails and mail and respond to internal requests to meet SLA
Process terminations and submit tickets for waivers to close out buyouts, keeps, upgrades, returns and credit/rebills
Provide routine billing support: explain billing statements, take payments, handle collections issues, insurance, property tax and sales tax, issue credits, handle changes of service
Perform basic troubleshooting procedures and record customer contact information and interaction details while maintaining customer portfolio integrity
Make sound, factual-based timely decisions to provide extraordinary service experience
Collaborate with team and management, minimize distractions, project positive professional attitude
Work hybrid schedule, in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, work from home other days as permitted
Requirements
1 year of Customer Service/call center experience required
Entry level position with minimal years (2 years or less) of call center experience
Strong verbal and written skills
Basic knowledge level of Microsoft Office products
Flexibility to work any of the following shifts: 8:30am - 5:00pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm, 9:30am - 6:00pm or 10:30am - 7:00pm
Ability to make sound, factual based timely decisions
Ability to understand and carry out business strategy/goals consistent with position level
