💰 $66,300 - $81,550 per year

About the role

  • Supports the Director, Business Development in all stages of the sales process
  • Develops and implements quality assurance processes and procedures including test/use cases
  • Creates monthly financial reporting to measure department revenue
  • Maintains knowledge of databases and database queries, with the ability to run reports on any platform
  • Standardizes processes, implements procedures and documents business processes
  • Manages systems testing and supports user acceptance testing
  • Schedules and attends sales meetings with the Director
  • Prepares meeting notes and conducts follow-up tasks as appropriate
  • Researches and identifies new business leads through market research and industry publications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the marketing field, business field or other large firm with multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with software/printing/equipment/electronics sales preferred, but not required
  • Ability to handle questions and objections
  • Must demonstrate in depth knowledge and understanding of the targeted audience
  • Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license in order to obtain the position
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask required
  • Microsoft office proficiency.
