Upsell services that would improve the client experience.
Own the budget with a goal of obtaining gross profit goals.
Connect with hotel conference service managers and onsite staff to ensure a seamless partnership for the client between DMC and Hotel Salesforce database management regarding ASO’s and Vendor information, in addition to working with procurement to confirm vendors are vetted and approved.
Ensure that KPI’s and Key Results are measured and met.
Requirements
2 – 5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing events.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented
