About the role

  • Lead all operational aspects of assigned programs to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction
  • Manage all vendor relationships and ensure proper vetting through our procurement process
  • Oversee event staff on-site and provide proactive training and communication in advance
  • Collaborate with hotels and venues to ensure a seamless partnership between Access and the client
  • Manage program budgets and aim to meet or exceed gross profit goals
  • Own all program documentation including the Statement of Work, deposit requests, and final invoicing
  • Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience
  • Maintain Salesforce records related to programs and vendors
  • Track KPIs and ensure goals are consistently met
  • Travel for in-market programs and in-person client engagements as required

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience managing events, clients, and vendors
  • Proven track record of executing complex programs
  • Highly organized, team-oriented, and proactive
  • Passionate about delivering great service and memorable experiences
  • Experience with hotels and venues, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution
  • Ability to manage budgets and program documentation (SOW, deposits, invoicing)
  • Salesforce/CRM experience and maintaining records related to programs and vendors
  • Ability to upsell additional services and maintain KPI tracking
  • Willingness to travel regionally (Orange County/LA area) and attend in-market meetings
