About the role
- Perform and/or review calculations of revenue monthly
- Perform project-level and client-level reconciliations of information between the contracts, billings, and revenue
- Revenue analytics supporting the revenue assurance function
- Liaising with project managers and other business leaders as needed
- Performance of revenue controls
- Assist with requests for annual audit as it relates to revenue
- Assist with the monitoring and analysis of the company’s accounting processes for revenue
- Develop, implement, and maintain revenue accounting policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting
- Five (5) or more combined years of relevant public accounting and/or private company experience
- At least two (2) years of revenue-specific experience, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606
- CPA preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Certinia and/or Workday
