About the role
- Participate in and lead mock regulatory examinations
- Conduct compliance program reviews
- Assist with policy and procedure reviews
- Draft reports and manuals for compliance
- Provide compliance advice to clients
- Develop client relationships
- Supervise and train junior staff
- Manage internal projects and initiatives
- Deliver client training and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 years of industry experience
- Alternatively, at least 4 years of compliance experience
- Strong working knowledge of federal securities laws
- Experience with regulatory frameworks
- Ability to manage client relationships
- Comfort with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel
- Supervisory experience preferred
