About the role
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations
- Own the end to end monthly close calendar, task management, and cross-functional readiness
- Improve AP and procurement processes
- Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
- Partner with the Controller to explore automation and systems improvements
- Gain exposure to strategic projects such as system implementations and stock-based compensation
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA license or active pursuit of certification
- Experience preparing audit support (PBCs, schedules, memos)
- Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, Ramp, or similar ERP/expense management systems
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Alteryx, Python, SQL, and REST APIs
- Relentless attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills
