Onboarding Specialist

• Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.
• Process and review background checks for compliance.
• Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget.
• Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency.
• Liaise between new hires and internal departments for a seamless onboarding experience.
• Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems.
• Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics.

Onboarding Coordinator

Analyst

• Conduct assessments, observe clients, and develop written intervention plans with behavioral strategies and recommendations.
• Train and support family members, support staff, and caregivers to implement therapeutic interventions effectively.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and revise intervention plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with North Carolina Medicaid policies, state regulations, and best practices in behavioral health.
• Maintain client privacy, report incidents, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for all clients.

Business Development Rep

• Expand and strengthen referral networks
• Generate new member leads, and support intake conversions across our IDD, Pediatric PDN, and Personal Care service lines
• Serve as the face of Abound within the community
• Drive growth through strategic outreach and relationship management
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with referral sources such as support coordination agencies, schools, and community partners
• Schedule and conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with partner organizations
• Attend & host community events to represent Abound and promote brand awareness across IDD, Pediatric PDN, and Personal Care markets
• Generate new client referrals and warm leads

Community Liaison – Business Development Manager

• Expand and strengthen referral networks
