About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source, screen, and prepare applicants for interviews with families and clients.
  • Vet candidates to ensure compatibility with company standards and case requirements.
  • Maintain and manage external job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee the recruiting and case-matching process from initial interview to offer acceptance.
  • Communicate proactively with candidates to maintain engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
  • Develop and refine scalable matching processes to optimize placements.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, families, and clinical leadership.
  • Keep detailed records to continuously improve vetting and matching strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate progression to ensure hiring transparency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting/staffing
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Behavioral Health industry and ATS is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
