About the role
- Execute employee benefits changes (QLEs, enrollments, time-off balance transfers, international leave) with accuracy and speed
- Administer global leave programs including calculations, documentation, compliance, and employee communication
- Reconcile vendor invoices and ensure timely payments in collaboration with Finance
- Conduct recurring audits to maintain benefits data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Serve as the first line of support for employee inquiries via ticketing systems with clarity and empathy
- Maintain and evolve standard operating procedures for benefits and leave processes
- Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure a high-quality employee experience
- Identify and propose process improvements that enhance scalability and reduce manual work
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in benefits administration or global leave management
- Proficiency in Workday and HR ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshworks)
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Experience managing vendor invoicing and benefits/payroll reconciliation
- High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills, with ability to convey complex benefits topics clearly
- Ability to balance backend compliance with employee-facing empathy and support
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across Finance, HRBPs, and vendors
