About the role
- Manage and coordinate the identification and removal of infringing web content, including websites, social media, and e-commerce listings.
- Draft and file legal documents such as takedown complaints, DMCA notices, and UDRP/URS disputes.
- Oversee case management, ensuring legal filings and records are accurate and up to date in internal systems.
- Lead and support a team of Enforcement Officers, monitoring workload distribution and quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, designing enforcement programmes, and delivering strategic advice.
- Collaborate across teams, escalating matters to Legal and Brand Protection Counsel where necessary, and ensuring a cohesive client experience.
- Contribute to growth by driving new customer acquisition and supporting the department’s commercial goals.
- Stay ahead of trends and emerging technologies, bringing proactive insights to the team.
Requirements
- A relevant degree preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in law, brand protection, or anti-fraud.
- Management experience is essential.
- Excellent command of legal and business English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong legal research and digital analysis skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with a structured and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven, ambitious, and independent mindset with a shared hatred of fakes and fraud.
