• Conduct legal research and prepare clear summaries for attorneys
• Draft, file, and manage legal and IP-related documents, including trademark applications
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate case files in internal systems
• Act as a point of contact for clients, local agents, and authorities
• Support billing and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Participate in client meetings together with attorneys and other teams
• Contribute to improving internal routines and workflows
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and IP industry trends to support clients effectively
• Collaborate with an international network of IP professionals and support attorneys and clients with administrative and legal tasks
